Best Practices and Emerging Changes in Public Health
This presentation will focus on those roles and strategies to prepare the public health administration workforce for this new environment, and describe the outcomes of a management based academy program for public health.
Learning Objectives: Participants will understand the development of a business plan as an exercise to practice and apply management skills, and describe the unique roles public health administrators should be able to fulfill in addressing complex public health problems.
