This invited session seeks to raise awareness of environmental health in all aspects of public health nursing, and foster sustainable collaborative efforts of public health nurses and environmental health professionals within APHA and with other organizations. It will focus on infrastructure development, inter-organizational partnerships, and collaborative strategies for environmental health. APHA, PHN Section and Environment Section leaders, and leaders from other nursing and environmental health organizations will share essential information about environmental health needs across the lifecycle and commitments to collaborative efforts to address these needs through education, practice, research and advocacy. | |||
