Identify potential areas for focus/improvement in clinical settings serving the homeless as they strive to become patient-centered medical homes.
Describe homeless youth characteristics that are associated with accessing shelter/housing services.
Describe adult homelessness prevalence in families with minor children and unaccompanied persons within a representative state population.
