Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I have a health policy research background, and I served in state government for over five years, culminating in my service as State Medicaid Director for the District of Columbia. Data and research informed policy making, and empowering staff to implement programs rigorously and as thought leaders were particularly important aspects of my work for the District.
