Social determinants of health have a greater impact on population health outcomes than clinical/medical care; however, traditional public health curricula seldom include concrete examples of how to engage with non-public health and healthcare sectors.  As part of the Social Determinants & Meta-Leadership Seminar, this session will provide a framework for engaging multi-sector partners using a case study example from Louisville, KY.
