Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I have conducted quality improvement and assurance processes in a variety of programs, including tobacco cessation interventions in maternity case management settings, a statewide surveillance program, and improving systems for early access to prenatal care. I also have a background in program monitoring and evaluating program compliance for statewide certification. I received my MSW from Florida State University, and my MPH from Oregon State University.
