Building consensus with 31 organizations

This project sought to reach consensus with 31 public health organizations on the top needs of the future public health workforce. The project team conducted interviews with leaders in the organizations and used an iterative process with the group to reach consensus on the top six cross-cutting needs. This presentation will cover the process that was used and the next steps for this project.
