The Institute of Medicine Report on Underage Drinking has provided a valuable tool for community groups working to stop underage drinking. This panel session explores the policy recommendations and implications contained in the report; actions being taken by states; case studies of several communities; and tools and recommendations for actions based on the report. | |||
