This session will: Define survivorship as a unique experience; disscuss the disparities in mortality from colorectal cancer; list parameters that can be used to monitor a smoking cessation program; and describe the need for effective partnerships to promote environmental change for improved nutrition, physical activity and food security of low-income individuals and families. | |||
