Posters in this session will present HRSA's six themes for quality management of HIV/AIDS programs, case management services for those with HIV, improving vaccine uptake for hepatits B. Healthy lifestyles including improvement of environmental spaces for recreation, positive effects of counseling and other measures to reduce health disparities will be presented. | |||
Learning Objectives: Posters will: 1)identify and describe HRSA's six themes for quality management of HIV/AIDS programs; 2)identify impediments to health care access across minority populations; and 3)recognize the impact of case management services for HIV infected individuals. | |||
