This presentation provides an overview of community based practice and policy in family violence prevention. Presenters will describe innovative tools for prevention and intervention of family violence in non-profit and faith-based organizations.
Session Objectives: Describe community based initiatives to prevent and intervene in family violence;
Analyze different methods, including technology, for identifying and addressing family violence;
Demonstrate knowledge of policies that impact community based practice in family violence prevention
