Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I established, directed and managed the nation's largest, most comprehensive multi-level statewide and highest funded SNAP-Ed program over a period of nearly 15 years. Currently, I serve in an emeritus capacity with state SNAP-Ed leaders, USDA and CDC to demonstrate results and accountability, specializing in 'public health approaches', e.g., large-scale social marketing, policy, systems and environmental change conducted through university, health department, non-profit and ITO implementing agencies.
