Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: Worked on tobacco related issues for over 20 years, co-chaired the Tobacco Coalition in Kitsap County in Washington from 1995-2001 and most recently was Tobacco Program and Policy Manager for Breathe New Hampshire. I also am on the Leadership Board for ALANH, am Past President of the New Hampshire Public Health Association, worked on revisions to a National Tobacco Cessation program for Correctional Facilities and serve on the Partner for Health Equity in New Hampshire.
