Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I have worked in the ATOD field since 1979 and have worked as a County Deputy Drug Program Administrator, Executive Director of an alcohol and other drug treatment program, and Executive Director of the Marin Institute for the Prevention of Alcohol and Other Drug Problems ( now called Alcohol Justice).I have also worked as an ATOD consultant in areas including alcohol advertising, availability, and state regulations.
