Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I am a chronic disease epidemiologist, with special focus on chronic lower respiratory diseases (COPD, asthma). Among my activities have been collaborating with national and state COPD coalitions and organizations to conduct outreach, education, and other community-based programs. I organized this session and am knowleageable about the topics/issues to be presented regarding COPD. I have also organized and moderated three similar sessions devoted to COPD at prior APHA Annual Meetings.
