Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I have worked in tobacco control for more than a decade, including five years with Free & Clear (now Alere Wellbeing) working with states to expand tobacco dependence treatment in health systems, and four years with the CDCâs Office on Smoking and Health working on policy, research, and programmatic issues related to tobacco cessation. I obtained my PhD in Behavioral Science from Emory University, and my Master in Public Health from the University of Washington.
