Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I have been a public health professional for 27 years, and a member of the Texas Public Health Association for XX years. I am a former president of the association. I have worked with TPHA since 2011 to promote, encourage and educate the state, regional and local health departments in Texas about voluntary national accreditation. I have been on the implementation team for the four years that TPHA has received an accreditation grant from APHA.
