State-level policies can be influential in supporting access and opportunities for physical activity in schools and communities, but little is known about the prevalence trends in these policies. .  This presentation will describe these trends using bills collected and assessed from 50 states from 2006-2012. Analyses will be discussed and correlates of enactment presented. Recommendations for facilitating the policy process and advocating for quality state-level bills to improve population prevalence will be outlined.
