Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: Noelle has worked as an Extension Educator since 2012 and currently focuses on expanding healthy food access through partnerships with local public health, food networks, and other people and organizations in northwest Minnesota. Specific projects include researching food networks, providing technical assistance to support local food access and distribution, and exploring community readiness and other assessment strategies related to healthy food access.
