Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I have managed a statewide advocacy campaign devoted to protecting and improving access to contraception for all women for more than four years. In 2014 and 2014, I conducted a thorough analysis of contraception coverage in qualified health plans available through the Illinois marketplace and worked with insurance carriers to improve coverage and communication to consumers.
