Development of a Quality Family Planning Mobile Application for Reproductive Health Care Providers
RESULTS: Qualitative and quantitative user feedback provided by clinicians during the beta test development phase of the mobile app will be shared. Usage data immediately following the app’s ‘soft’ launch will also be shared.
CONCLUSIONS: Use of continuous clinician feedback will ensure that the features and functions of the mobile app are effective for accessing relevant topics for the provision of quality family planning services. Through the use of a planned development process for this mobile app, the clinician’s skills and knowledge for effective delivery of high quality family planning programs will be enhanced through this new resource.
