Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I have been a community based nurse for over 40 years. I am professor of nursing at California State University Sacramento. I conduct public health nursing research related to maternal child health. I also have a partnership with the American Academy of Pediatrics to help align the pediatric care home with public health nursing. I have presented at numerous conferences at the national and international level on the topic of maternal child health.
