"The U.S. Global Change Research Program's Interagency Crosscutting Group on Climate Change and Human Health (CCHHG) invites APHA attendees to a Town Hall. It's an exciting time to be working in the climate change and human health arena! Members of the CCHHG will present information and updates on Federal activities including the Third National Climate Assessment, President's Climate Action Plan, and other initiatives.
More importantly, we want to gather input from stakeholders, fellow researchers, and policy makers on a broad range of intersections between climate and health. Additionally, will be presenting some of the emerging climate and health data tools from Federal initiatives.
Lastly, we want to give APHA attendees an opportunity to identify and discuss their climate and health research, communication, and adaptation data needs. All attendees are welcome to engage on this crosscutting issue that is of great concern to us all!
