This session will discuss some of the infectious tropical diseases which have been neglected and their devasting impact in the communities they are prevlent in. The causes of emerging infectious diseases after a gap and in a wide spread geographical area will also be a part of this dicusion , and what strategies are being put into place to reduce their impact will also be highlighted.
Session Objectives: Identify emerging and tropical diseases
Discuss reasons for some diseases emerging after an interval of time
