The session features the work of young researchers in management of chronic diseases and quality outcomes. Specifically the session addresses the integration of medical and behavioural health, cancer costs in a large organization, diabetes management in setting of hunger and the role of the EMR in managing cost and quality measures in cardiology procedures.
Session Objectives: Identify components of successful integration of behavioural and medical services
Discuss financial and system issues in providing quality care for cancer, diabetes and heart disease
