There is a need to understand the value of using standards to drive quality improvement. This session describes testing interventions, standardizing the process ,using data points to measure quality improvement and evaluating the quality of evidence showing the effectiveness of an intervention.
Session Objectives: Discuss how to evaluate and continuously improve processes, programs and interventions.
