Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I have been the MCH Epidemiologist with the West Virginia Bureau for Public Health’s Office of Maternal, Child and Family Health for the last 18 years. I have direct experience in working with multiple MCH Programs addressing SIDS and infant mortality including PRAMS, Newborn Screening, Birth Defects, and Infant and Maternal Mortality. I am a member of both the WV Infant and Maternal Mortality Review Panel and the WV Child Fatality Review Panel.
