Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I've served as PI on multiple integrated, patient-centered healthcare delivery initiatives. My work focuses in the development/execution/evaluation of context-specific hospital, clinic/primary practice and patient-centered medical home QI interventions/projects. Hospital studies include women's, children's and urban/rural general populations. Clinic/primary practice studies include pediatric and adolescent/adult HIV/AIDS delivery of care. Medical home studies focus on children with medical complexities. Initiatives include cost-effectiveness/value/efficiency; performance/quality/health/process/satisfaction improvement; organization/behavior change; QOL/family-functioning/patient/family/caregiver engagement; medical compliance/infectious diseases; and integration of mental health/primary care.
