LaRamée joined MEDICC in 2013 as Executive Director, bringing more than 30 years experience in NGO programming and administration with overlapping expertise in academic research, policy analysis/advocacy, strategic communications/publishing and resource development. Dr. LaRamée held executive leadership positions with the Puerto Rican Legal Defense and Education Fund and the North American Congress on Latin America; and served as Assistant Professor of Sociology and Latin American Studies at St. Lawrence University.
