Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I have been working in public health with a focus on civil society/INGO partnerships and community health for approximately 2 decades. For almost a decade, I have lead the Child Survival and Health Grants Program at USAID, which includes direct grants with INGOs, technical assistance, and networking through the CORE Group Coalition.
