Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I have been working in the MCH and fatherhood field for over 25 years. I have established three urban fatherhood programs that are still in operation today. I co-created the Core Adaptive Model (CAM©) for fatherhood programs on which federal Healthy Start sites are currently being trained. I have been both a researcher and evaluator of fatherhood programs. My expertise with male involvement and fatherhood include work with urban and rural communities.
