This presentation will discuss what is being done in Vietnam by the US and Vietnamese governments to address the ongoing impacts of Agent Orange/Dioxin on human health and the environment.  Have these mitigation efforts been effective? What more needs to be done to ensure that the public health risks of dioxin exposure are eliminated and that any mitigation programs reach the most heavily impacted communities.

Identify the ongoing health and environmental impacts of Agent Orange/Dioxin in Vietnam. Explain what measures have been taken by the US and Vietnam to mitigate the impacts of Agent Orange/Dioxin. Identify what more needs to be done to address the impacts of Agent Orange/Dioxin.
