Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: My disaster career includes over 30 responses to national disasters and major events including two and one-half months to Hurricane Katrina, three weeks to the World Trade Center, numerous other hurricanes, response for HHS as veterinary public health liaison officer in Haiti earthquake. I have taught at many colleges and universities throughout the U.S regarding veterinary response and public health including major veterinary colleges. My public health degree centered on veterinary disaster administration and planning.
