Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I have presented at APHA twice on the methodology of Youth Point-in-Time Homeless Counts, I have conducted PIT counts for the past three years, working with numerous continuums of care and state agencies. My work on homeless youth has been published in peer reviewed journals and I continue to develop new strategies and methods for understanding homelessness in the 21st century.
