Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I have worked in the area of public policy change for more than 10 years. Most recently my issue area of focus has been obesity prevention. In my role as a state advocacy consultant for my organization I have worked with my organization's government relations staff teams in more than 10 states on this specific issue area and have guided them through their work directly relating to the abstract content.
