Biographical Sketch: Dr. Pamela Kulbok is a graduate of Boston College (BS in Nursing and MSN in Community Health Nursing) and Boston University (DNSc). She completed a post-doctoral traineeship in Psychiatric Epidemiology at Washington University School of Medicine. She is currently an Associate Professor of Nursing and Public Health Sciences and Coordinator of Community/Public Health Leadership at the University of Virginia. She is Co-Director of an Advanced Education Nursing Grant, Nursing Leadership in Rural Health Care. In addition, she is Principal Investigator of a 3-year community-based participatory research project in rural Virginia that is focused on youth substance use prevention and funded by the Virginia Tobacco Settlement Foundation.
