Biographical Sketch: Dr. Mitchell is a behavioral scientist that examines how and to what extent relationship factors affect HIV risk among male couples. He uses advanced recruitment and analytical techniques to assess the interdependence that exists within couples and which couple-level factors affect HIV risk at the individual and couple levels. He will soon apply his methodology and findings to developing an HIV prevention intervention for this at-risk, vulnerable population.
