Biographical Sketch: Dr. Lydia Frass currently serves as the South Carolina Public Health Training Center’s Coordinator and Evaluator, which is housed within the University of South Carolina’s Arnold School of Public Health. With over 10 years of public health experience, she began her career as a Public Health Environmentalist for the Mississippi Department of Health, during which time she earned a Master’s of Public Health in Environmental Health. She left the health department to begin working for Winn-Dixie Stores, Inc., as a Food Safety Manager before beginning her doctoral studies.
