Biographical Sketch: José Aureliano Martín Segura, lawyer and economist. Ph.D. in Economics from UNED. Social Security Auditor. He is currently responsible for the legal services of the CCOO union in Ceuta. He is a professor in the Department of Management, University of Granada and Econometric in UNED.
