Biographical Sketch: Andy Baker-White is the Associate Director of the Mid-States Regional Center of the Network for Public Health Law which seeks to increase the use of law in protecting, promoting and improving public health. Andy received his law degree from the University of Kentucky and his MPH from the University of Washington. His current interests include emergency volunteer management, the role of attorneys in public health departments, and paid sick leave.
