Biographical Sketch: Dr. Carlos Rodriguez-Diaz is and Assistant Professor at the University of Puerto Rico-School of Public Health where he is the Coordinator of the Doctoral Program in Public Health with Specialty in Social Determinants of Health. He is also a Master Certified Health Education Specialist and his areas of interest are sexual health promotion, HIV, and LGBT health.
