Biographical Sketch: Kuan-Lung Daniel Chen, MPH, CPH is the public health program manager at Hepatitis B Foundation (HBF). He currently manages Hep B United Philadelphia, a community-wide coalition and campaign to improve hepatitis B awareness, screening and linkage to care. His role includes health education, community organizing, and social marketing. He is a creative force behind many of the new initiatives at HBF. Daniel received his Bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley and his MPH from Drexel University.
