Biographical Sketch: Erin Mead is a PhD student in the Department of Health, Behavior and Society at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She received her Masters of Health Sciences degree in 2009 in International Health-Social & Behavioral Sciences at the same institution. Her work has focused on the psychosocial and environmental factors associated with several behavioral risk factors for cancer, including nutrition, physical activity, alcohol use, and tobacco use. She has also worked on multilevel interventions to promote a healthy diet and lifestyle among Native American populations in the US and Canada.
