Biographical Sketch: Sawsan Abdulrahim is an associate professor in the Faculty of Health Sciences at the American University of Beirut. She obtained her PhD in Health Behavior and Health Education from the University of Michigan School of Purlbic Health. Her research straddles the areas of social inequalities, self-rated health, migration and health, primarily focusing on the health of Arab immigrants in the United States and labor migrants and refugees in Arab countries.
