Biographical Sketch: Dr. Eric Hurwitz is Professor and Graduate Chair of Epidemiology in the Department of Public Health Sciences of John A. Burns School of Medicine at the University of Hawaii at Mānoa. Dr. Hurwitz is a graduate of Los Angeles College of Chiropractic and UCLA, and is currently a deputy editor of The Spine Journal.
