Biographical Sketch: Dr. Patricia Lee has a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Rhode Island. She is a research scientist for the Department of Health Care Services’ Director’s Office. Prior to this position, she was the research scientist for the Office of Women’s Health. Using scientific analysis of survey data, she identifies and assesses the distribution of key indicators of health status and risk factors among the Medi-cal population particularly concerning quality health care.
