Biographical Sketch: Vincent A. Campbell, Ph.D., is a Senior Health Scientist with the National Center on Birth Defects and Developmental Disabilities. He serves as the CDC Associate Director for Disability Inclusion and Public Health. In that position, his goal is to raise the visibility of people with disabilities as a population at increased risk for poor health outcomes and to promote their inclusion in all aspects of CDC’s surveillance, prevention, health promotion and protection activities.
