Members will gain an understanding of perceived health and sexual risk behavior. Additioanlly, information on current HIV education among adolescents and its effectivness and the barriers to condom use among a female college population will be described.
Session Objectives: • Describe the association between self-perceived health and chronic disease and self-perceived health and health risk behaviors.
• Assess whether current HIV education strategies are effecting among adolescents.
• Discuss the attitudes and norms of sexual intercourse and condom use among college students.
