The presentations in this session will discuss the importance of combined community based strategies to improve health care in low socio economic settings.The WHO and its guidelines for strengthening surgical capacities will also be highlighted , including the importance of investing in infra stucture and human resources and other programs
Session Objectives: Discuss community based strategies which have improved the health status of communities globally. List the importnce of having health policies which promote and improve health care of low socio economic populations.
