Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I have being the Health Officer/Executive Director of CCHD for 4+ years, prior to that I was Deputy Director of the Cowlitz County Health Department and prior to that an Epidemiologist II at the Spokane Regional Health District. I am a graduate of the NW Center for Public Health Practice Leadership Institute. I have written and evaluated numerous grants ranging in topics from oral hygiene of pregnant women to Capital Improvement Program of our FQHC.
